The Shepherd Learning Center မှ လှိုက်လှဲစွာ ကြိုဆိုပါတယ်။ ဤ သင်ကြားရေး စင်တာကို ပညာသင်ကြားရန် အခွင့်အရေး နည်းပါးတဲ့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား ရွှေ့ပြောင်း ဒုက္ခသည် လူငယ်များနှင့် ကျောင်းနေအရွယ် ကလေးသူငယ်များ အတွက် အရည်အသွေး ပြည့်မီသော အခြေခံ ပညာရေး သင်ယူနိုင်ရန် အတွက် ဖွင့်လှစ်ထားတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Welcome to The Shepherd Learning Center! This learning center was founded to provide basic education of any available resource for the Myanmar refugee youth and children.
Memorizing Not Understanding
For decades Myanmar has been degrading in terms of education compared to ASEAN countries not to mention the West countries. 40/100 is the passing score. Cheating in exam is common and memorizing without understanding is also.
Transferring a student with a signature is practiced while administering diagnostic test is not required at all.
The refugee population in Malaysia is predominantly Myanmar. What are the driven factors of this mass refugee migration?
It’s obvious: selfishness and insecurity. A great number of selfish people come into power, and they are overwhelmed by insecurity. Selfishness and insecurity destroyed compassion, and madness comes in place.
As a result, millions of Myanmar citizens flee from the country and take refuge in the neighboring countries such as Bangladesh, India, China, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and a great multitude in Malaysia.
A then young boy who fled the country now has become a father of three children. Today we have several marriages between boys and girls those who were born here in Malaysia. A great number of refugees are here having and raising children while the resettlement process nowhere near to be seen.
Education must be made available to refugee children. We are obliged to provide the best possible basic education resource for our next generation while they are here.

Our Humble Beginning - 2022

Preparation: Hands-on Training
With the help of FBC Social Concerns Team, Pastor Khai received a hands-on training as supervisor cum administrator under the close guidance of CCC (Covenant Christian Center) for one year in 2022.
Twelve students in total from Zo Baptist Church were fully sponsored by FBC Social Concerns Team – five older ones were enrolled in CCC and the other seven KG level children went to Tadika Sri Orchard (Little Champions).
